Florida Atlantic University, in association with the Adams Center of Entrepreneurship (ACE), is offering a Business Plan Certification.  The course takes you from idea to business creation, which includes creating a business plan, finding money, and designing the right operation now and for the future.

Who should enroll:

  • Budding entrepreneurs with a desire to build your own business
  • College students who have an idea and want to find like-minded people
  • Small business owners who want to take your business to the next level
  • Intrapreneurs or people who run small businesses within larger organizations

 

Course Overview: 

This course is taught in two modules and will be fast paced.  It is taught by a faculty of seasoned instructors, experienced mentors and guest speakers from critical disciplines that know what is necessary for entrepreneurs to be successful. Click here for a description of the modules.

Module 1: Business Plan Boot Camp, Business Plan Competition Rules and Presentation Basics

Module 2: Business Plan Mentoring for your business plan

Certificate Program:

All participants will receive a Florida Atlantic University Certificate upon satisfactory completion Module 1 & 2 as well as assignments, individual study assignments, learning assignments and class discussions.*

 

*To receive the FAU certificate, unexcused class absences must NOT EXCEED TWO (2) SESSIONS and attendance must be on time.  Any students who miss more than the allotted absences, and who have not provided advance notice or a documented excuse will not be awarded a certificate.
